Maintenance & Renovation

Construction work in Qatar

Building Maintenance & Renovation in Qatar

Maintenance is the part of our business the State of Qatar has formally recognised. In November 2023 the Ministry of Justice issued Brouj Doha a Certificate of Appreciation for outstanding work in maintenance services, citing professionalism, efficiency and dedication. We provide comprehensive facility maintenance, finishing and refurbishment services backed by a skilled in-house team, under contracts ranging from single villas to multi-storey towers.

What we maintain

Construction services in Qatar
  • What's Included
  • Our Process
  • Why Brouj Doha
  • Planned preventive maintenance — scheduled inspection and servicing that prevents failures rather than reacting to them
  • Reactive and emergency repairs — responsive callout for breakdowns
  • MEP maintenance — HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Civil and structural repairs — concrete repair, waterproofing, structural remediation
  • Refurbishment and renovation — full or partial upgrade of occupied and vacant properties
  • Finishing works — painting, gypsum, flooring, joinery replacement
  • Facade maintenance — cladding, curtain wall and external envelope

We hold maintenance responsibility for high-rise buildings in Al Dafna (West Bay), including Laffan Tower and Khaleej Tower. Tower maintenance is a different discipline from villa work — access, occupant disruption, MEP risers, lift interfaces and fire systems all impose constraints that a general builder will not have planned for.

We also maintain Pearl Towers (Regency Building) at The Pearl for Al Asmakh Group.

Renovation without moving out

Most of our renovation work happens in occupied buildings. That changes how the job has to be run:

  • Phased handover so parts of the property stay usable throughout
  • Dust and noise control with sealed work zones
  • Out-of-hours scheduling for the most disruptive activities
  • Daily clean-down rather than clearing up at the end

Our classification for maintenance work

Our contractor classification with the Ministry of Finance covers Buildings and Building Maintenance up to QAR 2 million, and Building Maintenance up to QAR 600,000, issued under the State of Qatar Tahfeez programme. Certificate 25000065-CON-001, valid to 4 November 2027.

  • Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Yes. Annual contracts covering planned preventive maintenance with an agreed response time for reactive callouts are our most common arrangement for towers and compounds.

  • Can you maintain a building you did not construct?

Yes. Most of our maintenance portfolio is buildings constructed by others.

  • Do you handle villa maintenance as well as commercial?

Yes — villas, compounds, residential buildings, commercial buildings and towers.

  • What is your response time for emergencies?

Response times are agreed per contract and depend on scope and coverage. Talk to us about what your property needs. Need a maintenance contract priced? Request a quote and we will inspect the property before proposing a schedule.
