Delivering a second villa of the same configuration in the same district, for a separate client, is the clearest form of recommendation a contractor can receive. The ground conditions were understood, the supply chain was established, and the lessons from the first build carried directly into the second.

The villa spans basement, ground, first and penthouse levels, with full civil, MEP and finishing scope delivered under a single contract.

Al Sailiya, also transliterated Silia, lies on the western side of Doha and has become an established location for large private residences.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, excavation and earthworks, HVAC installation and gypsum and painting works on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
