A basement-plus-three villa is a substantially more demanding build than the ground-plus-one format common across Qatar. The basement drives the programme: excavation, shoring where required, waterproofing and drainage all have to be resolved before any superstructure begins, and errors at that stage are expensive and effectively permanent.

Brouj Doha delivered the villa complete, from groundworks through structure, MEP and finishes. Because our own earthworks teams carried out the excavation, the substructure was formed to exactly what the frame required.

This is one of two villas of the same configuration delivered by Brouj Doha in Al Sailiya for separate members of the Al Marri family.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, excavation and earthworks, electrical and plumbing installation and marble and finishing works on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
