The second West Bay tower maintained by Brouj Doha for the same client. Holding two towers in one district allows resources, spares and response to be shared across both, which improves response times and reduces cost for the owner.

Scope covers planned preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, civil and finishing repairs, and reactive response.

The company's maintenance work was formally recognised by the Ministry of Justice with a Certificate of Appreciation in November 2023.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered maintenance and refurbishment, HVAC installation, electrical and plumbing installation and gypsum and painting works on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
