Commercial buildings carry requirements residential work does not. Floor loadings are higher, fire strategy and escape provision are more demanding, services have to accommodate tenants whose needs are unknown at construction stage, and the facade carries a commercial identity.

The basement level required excavation, waterproofing and drainage resolved before the superstructure began, together with ventilation and access provisions for parking or storage use.

This is one of two commercial buildings Brouj Doha delivered in Al Gharrafa for the same client.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, excavation and earthworks, curtain wall and ACP cladding and electrical and plumbing installation on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
