Casa Vicenza — Full Fit-Out

A full fit-out covering the entire interior scope: partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery and the integration of lighting and services.

"Full fit-out" means the client handed over a shell and received a finished, usable interior. That only works when one contractor holds the whole scope. Where fit-out is split between an interiors contractor, a joiner and an MEP subcontractor, the gaps between them become the client's problem.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered interior fit-out, marble and finishing works, bespoke joinery and furniture and gypsum and painting works on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
