Underestimated rock. Qatar's limestone can appear at shallow depth with little warning. We survey before we price, and we tell you what we find rather than absorbing it into a variation later.
Compaction failures. Backfill that has not been compacted in correct lifts causes settlement that shows up in slabs and finishes months later. We compact in specified layers with testing at each stage.
Service strikes. Trenching near live services is the highest-risk activity on most sites. Service location precedes excavation, every time.
Poor coordination with the structure. Excavation that finishes to the wrong level or profile stalls the frame. Because we also build the structures, we excavate to what the next trade actually needs.
