This policy explains what personal information Brouj Doha General Contracting collects through broujdoha.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated 19 September 2026.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. There is no account system and no tracking of individuals across other websites.
Through our contact form: your name, email address, telephone number, project type, location and your message.
Through our quote request form: the above plus company name, property type, target start date, budget range, and any drawings or documents you upload.
Automatically: standard web-server records (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) and analytics data described below.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange a site visit, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of the work we have quoted for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Uploaded drawings are used solely to price and plan your project.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not proceed with are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us. Where we are appointed, project correspondence is retained for the period required for contractual and tax records.

Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies:
Essential. WordPress and Contact Form 7 set cookies needed for the site and its forms to work. Polylang stores your language choice so the site stays in English or Arabic as you browse.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, via Google Site Kit, to understand which pages are used and where visitors arrive from. This tells us about traffic patterns, not about you personally.
Embedded content. Our contact page embeds a Google Map. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads; their use is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Who else sees your data
Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its database, and Google, which provides the analytics and map services described above. We do not transfer your information to anyone else except where we are required to by law.

Under Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to erase it.
Write to info@broujdoha.com and we will respond. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in.
