What Category Six Means for Your Project

Contractor classification in Qatar sets the contract value a company is approved to undertake. Category Six covers Buildings and Building Maintenance up to QAR 2 million, and Building Maintenance up to QAR 600,000.

In practice that is the right tier for private villas, compounds, low- and mid-rise residential and commercial buildings, interior fit-outs, facade packages and maintenance contracts — which is exactly the work we do, and the work our project record reflects.
