Compound construction is a different discipline from one-off villa work. The value comes from repetition, and repetition only pays if the first unit is right. Formwork cycles, MEP routing, finishing sequences and material logistics are all designed once and then repeated twenty-four times.

The compound also required the shared infrastructure that makes it function as a single development: common services, boundary treatment, access control, parking and external works, all coordinated with the individual units.

Al Gharrafa is one of the districts where Brouj Doha has delivered most consistently, with two commercial buildings and a second villa compound also completed there.

  • Delivering to the agreed handover programme

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC installation and outdoor shades and umbrellas on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
