Medical environments impose requirements no other interior does. Surfaces must be impervious, cleanable and free of junctions that harbour contamination. Ventilation and air change rates are specified rather than chosen. Drainage, medical gas provision and electrical resilience follow clinical standards. Rooms containing imaging equipment may need structural and shielding provision.

Compliance is not a finishing consideration — it determines the build-up of every wall, floor and ceiling from the outset.

Scope covered partitions, clinical-grade finishes, ceilings, MEP integration and the fitting of clinical and reception areas.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered interior fit-out, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC installation and gypsum and painting works on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
