Seven floors over basement and ground is a full multi-storey residential build: piled or raft foundations, a basement structure, a repeating floor cycle, vertical MEP distribution through risers, lift and stair cores, and a facade treatment across the whole envelope.

Building in Al Sadd adds constraints that do not apply on open plots. The district is densely developed and centrally located, so site access, material delivery, crane positioning and neighbour impact all have to be managed within a confined footprint and against city traffic.

The building was delivered alongside the Hayya Housing Complex in the same district for the same client.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, excavation and earthworks, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC installation and curtain wall and ACP cladding on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
