A turnkey villa delivered by Brouj Doha covering civil structure, MEP installation, interior finishing and bespoke furniture.

The advantage of a single contractor on a private residence is most visible in the final twenty per cent of the programme. Marble, gypsum, joinery, lighting and furniture all land in the same weeks, on the same surfaces, and the quality of the result depends almost entirely on how well those trades were sequenced months earlier.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, marble and finishing works, bespoke joinery and furniture and interior fit-out on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
