The Pearl is a reclaimed island development, and its buildings face conditions that inland Doha does not. Salt-laden air accelerates corrosion of fixings, facade components, plant and exposed metalwork. Humidity is consistently higher. Anything specified without accounting for a marine environment fails early.

Maintenance there is therefore weighted towards the envelope and towards corrosion management, alongside the usual MEP scope.

Al Asmakh Group is one of Qatar's established property groups, and a commercial client of this standing brings reporting and response expectations that differ from private work.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered maintenance and refurbishment, HVAC installation, curtain wall and ACP cladding and electrical and plumbing installation on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
