Palace work is defined by the finish standard and by the number of trades that have to meet cleanly. Structure, MEP, marble, gypsum, joinery and external works all converge on the same surfaces, and every junction between them is visible in the completed building.

The scheme comprised the main palace over ground, first and penthouse floors, together with ancillary buildings on the same plot. Delivering the principal residence and its supporting structures under one contract keeps the architectural language consistent and removes the interface risk that arises when ancillary buildings are let separately.

Al Wajba sits west of central Doha in an area long associated with large private estates, where plot sizes allow the kind of low-rise, horizontally planned residence this project represents.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC installation, marble and finishing works and bespoke joinery and furniture on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
