High-rise maintenance is a distinct discipline. Access is constrained, occupants are present throughout, and the systems are more complex and less forgiving than in low-rise property. Vertical MEP distribution, lifts, pressurisation, fire systems and facade access all require specialist handling.

In a tower, failures escalate. A leak on an upper floor affects every floor beneath it. A chiller fault makes an entire building unusable within hours in a Doha summer. That is why preventive maintenance carries far more weight here than reactive capability.

Al Dafna, better known as West Bay, is Doha's commercial core. Brouj Doha maintains two towers in the district.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered maintenance and refurbishment, HVAC installation, electrical and plumbing installation and curtain wall and ACP cladding on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
