A housing complex sits between a compound and an apartment building in delivery terms: multiple dwellings, shared services and common areas, all under one structure and one set of building systems.

The work covered civil structure, full MEP installation, internal finishes and the common areas and external works that support a multi-occupancy development.

This is the second Brouj Doha project in Al Sadd for the same client, alongside the seven-floor residential building.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC installation and interior fit-out on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
