Farm developments are infrastructure projects as much as building projects. Before any structure goes up, the site needs levelling, access roads, water supply, irrigation, power distribution and drainage — frequently across a large plot with no existing services.

Brouj Doha delivered the site works, buildings and supporting infrastructure. Our in-house earthworks capability matters on this kind of project, where the groundworks are a large proportion of the total value rather than a preliminary.

Al Shahaniya is Qatar's traditional centre for farms and equestrian facilities.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, excavation and earthworks, electrical and plumbing installation and outdoor shades and umbrellas on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
