Excavation and site levelling delivered in Al Wukair, south of Doha, in an area that has seen sustained residential expansion.

Levelling work is judged on accuracy and on compaction. A formation level that is out of tolerance, or fill that has not been compacted in correct lifts, produces settlement that appears months later in slabs and finishes — long after the earthworks contractor has left.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered excavation and earthworks on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
