The Al Kass compound was delivered in Fereej Bin Mahmoud, an established central district that combines residential and commercial use.

Scope covered civil construction, MEP installation, finishes and the shared infrastructure required across a compound development.

Brouj Doha has delivered three separate projects in Fereej Bin Mahmoud, including a mixed residential and retail building and modification works to the Authority Chairman's Office.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC installation and gypsum and painting works on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
