The second commercial building delivered by Brouj Doha in Al Gharrafa. Built without a basement, the scheme places all accommodation above ground across four levels plus penthouse.

Scope covered civil structure, facade, full MEP and finishes. As with all our commercial work, services were designed to allow future tenant fit-out without reworking the base build.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, curtain wall and ACP cladding, electrical and plumbing installation and HVAC installation on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
