Modification works in an occupied government office impose constraints that new-build does not. The building stays in use. Work is phased, scheduled outside working hours where it is disruptive, and carried out with dust and noise controls that protect adjacent occupied space.

Security and confidentiality requirements apply to personnel and access at senior government premises, and the standard of finish is expected to match the seniority of the office.

Scope covered alterations to layout, finishes and services. Government work of this kind is part of a track record that also includes the Ministry of Justice Certificate of Appreciation for maintenance services.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered interior fit-out, gypsum and painting works, electrical and plumbing installation and HVAC installation on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
