Staff accommodation with integrated storage is functional building, and it is judged on durability and running cost rather than on finish. Surfaces take heavy use, sanitary and kitchen facilities are used intensively, and the cooling load is high because occupancy is dense.

The building combines accommodation across upper floors with store facilities, delivered with full civil and MEP scope.

Birkat Al Awamer, in the south of Qatar's industrial belt, is an established location for this building type. Brouj Doha delivered two such facilities there for separate clients.

What We Did

Brouj Doha delivered civil and structural works, electrical and plumbing installation and HVAC installation on this project, under a single contract with one site team accountable for the whole scope. Works were carried out to Qatar Construction Specifications, with engineering and QA/QC sign-off at each milestone before the following stage began.
